These Terms govern your use of Bota Ime (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bota Ime on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
Intended use
Bota Ime is an educational and communication app for young children and caregivers. It is suitable for autistic children and children who need support expressing themselves, and it is also intended for general family use. The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or therapy.
Purchases
Optional Pro features may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase (subscriptions). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscription renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel in your device subscription settings.
App Store
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM USE OF THE APP.
