These Terms govern your use of Flamingo Revolution (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flamingo Revolution on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
Purpose
Flamingo Revolution is a casual arcade game created to raise awareness about protecting nature and flamingo nesting habitats. When nests and wetlands are disturbed or built over, flamingos lose safe places to lay eggs and may leave the area. The game is for entertainment and awareness only.
Gameplay
Scores stored on your device may be lost if you delete the App or replace your device. We are not responsible for lost local data.
Purchases
Flamingo Revolution is currently offered without in-app purchases. If we add purchases in the future, Apple's payment terms will apply and this page will be updated.
App Store
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM USE OF THE APP.
