These Terms govern your use of Numeo (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numeo on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
Gameplay
Numeo is an endless arcade-style math game. Best scores and other local progress stored on your device may be lost if you delete the App or replace your device. We are not responsible for lost local data. Game balance, modes, and features may be updated over time.
Purchases
Numeo is currently offered without in-app purchases. If we add purchases in the future, Apple's payment terms will apply and this page will be updated.
App Store
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM USE OF THE APP.
